This kit comes with everything necessary to install an S400 series turbo with a T4 2nd Gen manifold on your 03+ 5.9L & 6.7L Cummins!

This 5.9l or 6.7l Cummins 2nd Gen Manifold Swap kit is intended for those who want the most performance out of their 5.9l or 6.7l Cummins truck!

Second Gen Manifold swaps replace the factory exhaust manifold with a high flowing 2nd Gen style manifold with the centered flange similar to what is found on the earlier model Cummins, this however is where the similarities end. Our 2nd gen manifold swap kit includes a higher flowing 2nd gen style exhaust manifold that is a T4 flange. The primary purpose of these second gen manifold swaps is to upgrade the factory holset turbo to a much more robust S400 frame turbocharger for increased performance and durability.
